Mary Cornell is a a New England girl by birth and a transplanted Southerner by choice. Mary gained her experience working in a
number of small, independently owned restaurants all over the Northeast
and Mid-Atlantic states. She loves food... the smell, the look,
the feel and is inspired by the change in the seasons here in Nashville
and the Middle Tennessee area.
Stephanie Knight is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and has worked in the catering/restaurant business for the last 12 years. She has parlayed her degree in Finance into running the sales/marketing side of Take Away Catering. Stephanie loves the details and challenges involved in catering and event planning.
When not planning events, Stephanie is a passionate marathon runner and triathlete who loves to travel!!
